This seems to be the information I needed. I trashed ':Library:Containers:com.apple.mail:' and
':Library:Mail:', then manually entered a mail account. All went well and I have imported messages for testing.

Perhaps not. I looked for it, but found nothing.

I think testing my application is going to get interesting.
