Observations in Mt Lion …

This afternoon, I downloaded a copy of my application from my web site.
And in System Preferences/Security & Privacy/General, I set "Allow applications downloaded from:" to "Mac App Store".

When I installed and attempted to run my application, I was not allowed to do that.
The fix is to:
1. Set "Allow applications downloaded from:" to "Anywhere"
2. Launch and quit the application.
3. Restore "Allow applications downloaded from:" to "Mac App Store".

I was worried that there might be a problem with the application bundles in the main application's /Contents/Resources/ folder. But when I exercised each of them, I encountered no problem at all.

Everything seems to be working exactly as designed in Mt Lion.
