Ingenious!! 

For me, much of the value of AppleScript is enabling people to do things for themselves rather than just say 'buy such-an-such an app'. It ain't always pretty, but its great to offer people that independence if that's what they want (dunno about you guys, but that's what made me first start digging into coding in the first place).
