I only have CS5 but it's probably the same. Pasteboard items are not bound
to a single page. You could have many pages in a spread that share that same
pasteboard. The pasteboard doesn't have a particular connection to the page,
but it does have a connection to a spread. So get the parent spread of the
pasteboard or pasteboard item. From there you could get a page on the
spread, if it's only 1 page then you're golden. If you have multiple pages
on a spread then you might try to get the coordinates of the pasteboard item
and do some math to make a guess as to it's intended location.
