If he did, it would probably be something along the lines of "Find something else to worry about". InDesign can have a lot of windows showing -- and not showing when you de-activate it, because they're panels -- and in CS6 they're non-standard. Using GUI scripting with this would be fraught. They are actually exposed to scripting, but their position is not.
