Thanks, Shane. The venerable AppleScript Editor is default. But the icons
(at least most of them, a couple may have been given custom icons) appear
to come from an application called “Show Hide Invisible files 1.6”, which
was downloaded and used quite a while ago, I think. Thanks again.
