Great work Yvan.
Here is the solution if you do not have Onyx or any program that resets Launch Services DB
</System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -all l,s,u>
It is all one command.
You can find your path to lsregister with
locate lsregister
If you have the locate db already there.
