Adobe Illustrator saving files using Applescript and Artboards

I'm using this command to save a file from w/in Illustrator CS4:

	save current document as eps with options {class:EPS save options, save multiple artboards:false, compatibility:Illustrator 14, preview:color Macintosh, embed linked files:true, include document thumbnails:true, embed all fonts:true, CMYK PostScript:true, PostScript:level 2}

and it sets the bounds for the graphic to the artboard, rather than to the bounds of the graphic as normally happens when saving a .eps.

Why is that, and how do I get the default behaviour from w/in a script?

William
