That is either because no one else saw that or no one knows the answer. Also, you do not provide enough information (I think) so the people who never had that cannot give an answer (but they obviously do).

 

I GET THAT TOO.

 

And the answer is: in your scrip(s), you have tell application "" that calls these applications.

 

That is because you do not close your windows before leaving the script editor application.

 

Close all the windows, then quit Script Editor, then re fire Script Editor and your annoyance will no more be there.
