If I switch to the Albums tab, I find lots of errors, such as empty albums that should have lots of photos in them.
That turns out not to be the case. Once my Photos web app finished updating for real, the only things that were empty were lots of "folders". In the Photos application, folders hold subfolders or albums, not photos. On the web app, they don't seem to be capable of holding anything. I'm not quite sure why they show up at all on the web app, or how to go about finding the albums that they should contain.
The albums might in fact all be at the top level of the web app's Albums tab. But since the albums at the top level are not alphabetized or otherwise orgnanized in any discernable fashion, I really can't tell -- there are too many for me to try to list them all and search for missing albums.
But this does not seem to have anything to do with my AppleScript problem, which I apparently have no way to resolve. At least I can't think of anything else to try. |
