Thanks Alex but dont dream too much.
I don't know what are the limits of Shane's knowledge but I know mines.
My main strength rely in the fact that I am retired so I may spend a lot of time upon problems puzzling me.
I will soon jump to another one.
I discovered that the scripts #2 and #3 of my set named "Versions as a recovery tool" which helped numerous users no longer work under Yosemite.
I had no need for them myself so I missed that until until late friday when an asker gave me the bad news.
I am afraid that the problem is related to the db.sqlite file describing the content of the hidden folder .DocumentRevisions-V100.
In fact there are two files:
db.sqlite and db.sqlite-shm.
I don't know what is their exact role.
What I know is the fact that db.sqlite in my test folder contain the descriptors to five versions (3 of them are different versions of the same Numbers document) but there is only one version of the numbers document.
