This won't compile for me, also in 10.10.4.
But, I found if I go into the Preferences/Language and
Region/Advanced…/Times
And remove the "AM" from the Short Date field, it compiles. The 24-hour
clock setting doesn't make a difference. It won't compile if the AM is
there and will if it's not there, whatever the 24-hour setting is.
Is it possible that you had the short date without the AM in 10.10.4 but
that was added back in the upgrade to 10.10.5?
