I don't think the problem with ASObjC -- which is only in Xcode-based apps, and should therefore arguably have been covered in those release notes -- was documented other than in my book (and not that clearly there, either, truth to tell).
But I think you're being a bit harsh criticising the 10.6 and 10.9 release notes for not canvassing JXA issues... ;-)
