As I reported earlier on another thread [Excel: Append to Range] currently, according to Microsoft's website, neither Office nor Macintosh are "products accepting bugs or suggestions." In addition, the URL https://connect.microsoft.com/directory/non-feedback specifically says that both Office 2016 Preview (for Business) and Office 2016 Preview (for Home) are "Non-feedback Products."
If the documentation that comes with Office 2016 Preview doesn't mention an alternate way to report bugs, then it appears you're SOL.
