Oh, that's a different thing -- if that's the case, that's dreadful. I was just saying it shouldn't necessarily update without some prodding from somewhere.

OTOH, looking at the API, the app can register to be notified whenever the event store changes. So assuming such notifications are sent in a timely manner, there really is no excuse for updates not appearing, even without the reload command.
