Since updating to 10.11.1, I’m seeing a lot of ‘phantoms’ in the Script Editor > Open Recents menu
(I guess the list will reject images, so here’s a link):

Anyone else getting this? I don’t know if it pre-dates 10.11, but I don’t recall seeing it on Yosemite.
