Script Editor bug - any workaround?

  • Subject: Script Editor bug - any workaround?

Hi folks

Changing the default font size in Script Editor rarely survives a restart. Sometimes, the default gets switchted back to 11pt even while running (when opening another script for example that was saved as 11pt, all other open scripts change back to 11pt)

I know this bug has been around for a while, but I’m hitting it more or less every day now and it’s starting to drive me nuts.

Is there any ‘magic trick or workaround to deal with this? I’m always setting the default in the Preferences window, if that makes any difference (haven’t tried setting it directly via the command line).

Best

Phil
