I wouldn’t advise you do that. My apps clear those (and other things I haven’t mentioned here) for a specific purpose: forensically removing all evidence of your browsing history either for privacy or security reasons (they aren’t necessarily mutually exclusive) or for troubleshooting purposes.
However, if that’s not your aim — and for most people most of the time it’s unlikely to be — you do not want to be wiping out Safari’s caches. Browsers compete on speed and all that hidden stuff Safari is stashing and caching away is actually done for performance rather than snooping reasons.
By all means block trackers, but you don’t do it that way. Like I said above, Ghostery and UBlock are your go-to tools for that.
