When you say “compiled” do you mean “saved as an application”? (Scripts can be compiled, whether or not they are saved as applications.) If you see that icon, but the application works, the icon is clearly wrong and merely means that something failed to fetch the correct icon.

Although we removed the ability to create single-file applications, we still support running or opening them when feasible. In any case, if it works when opened, you should be able to simply ignore the icon.
