What do you think they should say?

Actually, the use of an apostrophe-s to form the plural of an acronym (as in "CD's") has been acceptable to most grammarians for a long time, although there seems to be a consensus that it is slowly fading away these days (except for single characters, as in "your a's and b's, and your 7's and 8's").
