Hello and a lot of thanks you to all of you who tried to help out, but I found the clue: it'sooo obvious that I have to bang my head against the wall and it can be explained only with the fact, that at my birthday 2 weeks ago, I passed the limit where other people usually get pensioned.

The short version goes: the same would be the same, IF they are the same...

But here, the 2 scripts are not:
With the help of Steve's code, it became clear: they're not the same scripts.
The hint of Yvan puzzled me and I did another check with Textwrangler, and indeed, one script showed as beeing compiled by my Mini, the other by my MacBook (I sync twice daily between my office and my private computer).

But then, I did another check: instead of drag' drop the files, I copy/pasted their text into TextWrangler.
And this brought my failure to care more properly for my texts before bothering others to daylight: in the the word "FileMaker Pro", it is important that "Maker" is also written with capital "M". Correcting that, the scripts are now the same, and function properly the same way. Uff!

I buy to everybody of you a beer once you pass in Switzerland, and ask you to apologize my neglect.

Rudolf
