The URL does not work, because it redirects to a different URL :"https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT1582";
This script will work;
do shell script "curl https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/HT1582 >> /Users/YourIdHere/myLocalFile.html "
delay 2
tell application "Finder" to open file “YourHD:Users:YourIdHere:myLocalFile.html"
