I have a setting for SD/SE, but whatever there is there, it does not define how AS applications display notifications.
In fact, if I keep SD/SE from displaying notifications, I still get notifications when I call "display notification" from my AS app.
Ok, quick check, and *now* I see my app registered in the Notification management panel. Wow, it did take a good 10mn to get there... Weird.
