This is a typical translators' problem. I don't have nor need a solution
for AS, but most text editors (including TextWrangler) offer duplicate
removal, as do databases and TMX editors. The latter is a format used by
translators for CAT (computer assisted translation) tools. Removal
usually takes a few seconds at most, and for us, 30K entries is peanuts.
Finding them, and being asked to either delete them or not, is a
different matter.
