Pretty sure that's untrue. I've always turned off my monitors when I leave, and it has never caused windows to move to any remaining "turned on" monitor. Steve via iPad
I tried this on my setup with the second monitor NOT ON. And got a response of "2".
Has nothing to do windows position. Windows must be "Moved" to get moved.
