You are absolutely right.
And, I forgot to mention that in my post.
Initially I selected photos that were in the cloud and the script  did not work.
Furthermore, I was sloppy in my script because I should have mentioned that
probably the folder where all the photos of Photo are could be given as a
parameter…

set fpath to do shell script “mdfind -onlyin ContainerFolder -name “ & nome
