Manipulate Contacts with AppleScriptObjC?

Hey Folks,

Shane has demonstrated some methods of working with the Calendar with AppleScriptObjC.

I wonder if there are similar methods for working with Contacts.

In this particular instance I need to delete up to 2000 contacts per group from 3 different groups.

Normal AppleScript takes a long time to grind through them one at a time.

I'm willing to entertain any method that will speed this up.
