Scripts are neither 32-bit nor 64-bit. Script applets can be both or not, but
if they've been saved from Script Editor or Script Debugger from anything other
than a very old version of the OS, they will be both 32-bit and 64-bit
compatible.

That said, a script isn't going to work in a 64-bit-only world if any app or
scripting addition it addresses is not 64-bit.
