If I let myself be upset at your reply, I'd also use an imperative, with a condition: if you don't have anything more useful to say, just don't hit "send".

Don't get upset at me. Apple list mods will also ask that you not crosspost. There are many who are not on both lists, and if they happen to Reply All, as we've learned that we need to do with Apple-hosted lists, they're going to get bounces from the lists they are not a member of. That's just one reason why you shouldn't do it.
