Well, I tried with ellipsis on that account, then various ways on a new
account, then the same thing on my wife's mojave machine and nothing managed to
assign a shortcut to that Tags... menu item.

What I need is just to call that dialog and do my thing. And the thing is that
my "click" action works on other items but not on that one. Could that be
related to the above, or it is a problem with my understanding of "click"?
