No need to apologize. I actually expected you might confuse the two utilities
since a) you switched to diskutil to do the unmount, and b) I’ve made the same
mistake myself more times than I’d like to admit by confusing one *util with
the other. It happens. I jumped in to help because I’ve gone down the diskutil
/ hdiutil path myself and have scripts using them (as appropriate) for many
different purposes including attaching and detaching disks.
