Droplet on macOS 10.12

Once, AppleScript droplet on macOS 10.12 worked with buggy act.
AppleScript applet receives dropped files in some times execution of open
handler.

I thought it is a kind of miss-matching among with macOS’s security
(com.apple.quarantine) and AppleScript droplet runtime.

Now, I re-checked it on macOS 10.12. Droplet seems to work as I expected.

Anybody fixed it?
