It depends on how fast you want to display or generate graphics data.
(1)Adobe Photoshop
(2)Adobe Illustrator
(3)AppleScript itself (using cocoa function)
If you use many CPU core machine (like Mac Pro or iMac Pro), you can try it
with parallel executing script with cocoa functions..
And whether color profile is needed or not is important.
SVG does not have color profile support, I think.
