That's interesting because last night, when I was testing all that, I found
about 800 .emlx files (out of many tens of thousands) by using a simple:
mdfind 'kMDItemFSOwnerUserID == "501"' | grep "emlx"
(the kMDItemFSOwnerUserID value was found with a script Yvan provided)
but a huge majority of those emlx files were "Deleted Messages.mbox" boxes...
I guess those were having ownership issues then.
