Print to PDF in Safari

  • Subject: Print to PDF in Safari

I'm being lazy here. I know that all the clues I need are available, especially
at Mac OS Automation, but I've never done GUI scripting before, so I'm hoping
someone can hand me a cookbook recipe.

My objective is simply to print the frontmost web page in Safari to a specified
file path. I think this comes down to:

Click the Print... menu item in the File menu.
In the Print dialog, choose the Save as PDF menu item from the PDF menu button.
In the Save File dialog, paste the file path into the Save As: text field and
click the Save button.

Can anyone show me the way?

Thanks,

        Neil Faiman
