Thanks to S. J. Cunningham and Damon Casey for some helpful suggestions.
Script Editor works fine in a different User Account, so I'd like to try
removing Preferences (like we did in the old days).
However, neither ~/Library/Preferences nor /Library/Preferences contains an
item named "Script Editor". Did they move it?
