G’day again Shane

I’ve added the fordEvent() classes (or whatever they’re called), but can’t work out how to use them. There does not seem to be a matching example in your examples .applescript.

windowAssistiveAccess's makeKeyAndOrderFront:me
fieldAssistiveAccessAdvice's setStringValue:displayDialogAD
windowAssistiveAccess's display()
fieldAssistiveAccessAdvice's display()

Also, I’ve had to comment out a pre-existing class. Will that make any difference, and if so, how should I correct it please?

# property parent : class "NSObject"
property parent : class "ObjectWithFords"

Regards

Santa

Yes, no text at all is being displayed, and I haven’t changed the handler from Yosemite.

I’ve (since posting) tried re-displaying the window as well, to no avail.

Yes, it seems to be a change in behavior in 10.11. You'll have to use fordEvent() or similar instead.
