Why not show your support for MYOB, who has supported user groups
wholeheartedly and Mac users for the past FIVE YEARS when Intuit abandoned
the Mac platform and it's installed user base?
This appears to be just a ploy to stem the tide of more people finding out
about MYOB, and installing it over OS X. After all, why switch now, why
upgrade now, especially if the great big Intuit's QB is just around the
corner? Just another Quark coming late to the table trying to squeeze
their way in because of their userbase.
I'm all for software development and may the best product win, but if you
notice, they didn't announce any details about the product, nor did they
announce an exact shipping date. Any parity with QBPro for Windows? Will
it interface with my existing QBPro files? Can I import MYOB files? What's
it going to cost? Will there be an upgrade price, or will it be a full
version? Who knows? If not to derail the success of MYOB in the OS X
marketplace, why even make the announcement?
Just seems fishy...
