Dan/Chris,
We contacted our local Ma & Pa ISP and they gave us 5MB (more than ample
for us and we have 8 or so pages) in exchange for placing their
logo/link on our home page and newsletter. No CGI-bins, et al. Just some
free server space.
As for email, I just do a "
mailto:" to the user who would be responsible
for answering the question in question.
