Now doubt about it, O'Reilly and Peachpit are the best. As for Adobe,
they're not nice to smaller groups from my experiences and MS was just
plain miserable until the recent changing of the guard (it took me
literally over THREE YEARS to get them to respond to many emails to
straighten out some errors about the link to our MUG).
So lets separate this issue. My specific complaints are with Apple.
When you consider how much support you get from so many of those other
companies, don't you ever wonder why Apple is so far below their level?
If you held the reins as UG Liason what would you ideally do?
