To make this easier, consider that Apple has a presence in many of the
countries that we're talking about. There would be virtually no
regulations that they should be subject to as in many cases, we're just
talking about presentation and marketing materials and in many cases,
they can be electronic.
Apple used to do more. I swear I have a User Group CD that Dian Cohn
sent out a few years ago. It was invaluable in getting us started but
it's VERY out of date now. If these were still made, I'd be happy to
host disk images for international user groups as I have an XServe at
work with about 80 GB free on a 2 mbps dedicated line.
