OS X Programs vs other

I am wondering what's happening among the various UGs represented here as
regards programs of interest to OS X users vs. programs of interest to those
not using it. I don't use it myself (my machine is old) but I would think
that OS X users are keenly interested in programs that deal either with some
aspect of the OS or with software designed to run on OS X. I don't know
whether I might find myself increasingly disinterested in programs not OS
X-related or not.
On any given month the typical UG member looks over the upcoming program and
makes a decision whether to come or not (all other things being equal). Are
any of you concerning yourself with how to appeal to the OS X users while
not driving off those who don't use it and don't plan to, and vice versa? As
I look ahead to the fall programs, this is something of concern to me, so
I'd like to hear if anyone else is wrestling with this.
