You need PHP and mySQL but it's easy to set up:

Which module are you using for a membership database? I'm implementing our
new site for MetroMac.org on my own server space which I've donated to the
group. (old clunky site can still be seen for now). I have almost everything
in place - invision board for forum software and other fun features, but I
am still in search of the "perfect" membership admin tools. The user only
needs to see a simple registration form on the site, where we can capture
some info from them. But I'd like the back end to be pretty powerful as the
goal is to have it be the master database to use for mailings and stats on
meeting attendance, dues payment and such. PHP and mySQL are not a problem,
and are actually my preferred tools already :)
Thanks in advance for any tips.
Laurie
