This is a good article that has a lot of truth in there that Apple needs to
recognize as well.
My best,
Randy Marshall
Randy,
Though I will agree with most of the article and the debate, I do not
think Apple can learn anything from this other than how to not run a
company.
Where Apple usually fails is marketing. I just received a post from the
Apple rep at a local CompUSA store in Mountlake Terrace, WA. He had
links to dozens of articles on how to use a Mac is a long list of
professions. I think that a lot of potential buyers and switchers
cannot imagine that there is Mac software that would work in their
business. I see that happen a lot. So yes, it was interssting to read
the debate, but I think there is more than what is discussed there
facing Apple today.
