Nope, I don't think so - I mean China's not affected by this.
I know Cuba, Libya, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria and Sudan are
affected, as they're under U.S. tech export embargoes/sanctions. And
the same goes to anyone in one of the U.S. State Department's Special
Lists. But China's not on the list (thank God).
