Just an FYI: the statement above implies that the MUG Center posts the
passwords from the AUGB. The MUG Center *does not* post the passwords. The
MUG Center lists that there are specials and for members of user groups to
hook up with their local leaders for more info.
Many companies have unprotected UG sites as the sites frankly are hard to
come by if you do not know the url through your UG leaders. The reason they
keep the sites unprotected is simplicity. A non-user group member may order
from a user group page from time to time, but it is rare.

Sorry, I really do not mean to be rude, but what on earth are you talking
about? The MUG Center is incredible! It is the one place that has
up-to-date, useful, user group leader information. I have not found another
place to get consistent UG news about events (past and future) -- In fact
the site is updated daily. I am always amazed at what the MUG Center
accomplishes. Really a fantastic site, and this is the first time ever I
have heard anything but praise for the website.
Thanks, all.
