They only get "5-10 orders a month, if that" from the UG's!! No wonder they
aren't concerned! One of two things is happening: Either the MUG members
are not interested in that software, or they aren't hearing about it.
<LOL> You all already know I let all 400 + MacRogue members, and 100+ LCMUG
members, know about the deals, and a lot of groups a whole lot bigger, let
their members know!! I'm positive all the group leaders let their members
know about these deals. So what is the solution. Perhaps we need UG deals
on better software apps to offer as an incentive, to not only join a MUG,
but to remain a MUG member.
When MUG's lost the ability to help members upgrade their OS, via club CD's
or clinics, it really narrowed the incentives for a lot of MUG members. Mac
Users today are a whole lot more savvy than they were 5-10 yrs. ago.
