Not to be mean, but this makes me smile...why? Because I'm finally not the
only one that was having this problem! The tech support staff thought I was
crazy and couldn't even help with the original account.
For a week I tried the ASW site with the constant looping password thing.
Finally got a reply for the support, but they couldn't find my account in the
database...which to me was funny because I'd been able to get in the first
time, but any subsequent tries got me the password loop. Our group ambassador
and I finally just choose to start anew, and even that had problems. Located
their user assist and when that didn't help, I posted to this list. Garr
replied and got things honky-dory again.
But if the problems remain at the ASW site, someone needs to look into this
without haste. I'm just glad it's not me losing my mind... :-) but am
sorry this same thing is driving others "loopy" :-(
