Hi Jim
I don't have any copy of your Constitution or Bylaws.
If your group is registered with the Florida State Government as a
not-for-profit organization or corporation, the Sec's of State should have
these
documents on file. Check out
http://www.dos.state.fl.us/
If they don't, you could ask for some sample documents for incorporation,
Constitution or Bylaws and write your own. Sounds like a great "team building"
exercise for your club's leaders.
