Here at the Lynchburg Apple Core, we use FileMaker Pro for our
membership database.
The main information items we keep are:
Name (First & Last & Call name or Nickname)
Spouse/Significant-Other Name and whether they are also active in the
club
Street Address (City, State, ZIP)
Phones (Home, Work, Mobile)
e-mail address & web page URL
Picture
Attendance (Each meeting)
Dues Info (date paid, cash/check, check #, paid-up-to date) Membership
is for a year from the date of dues payment.
Membership Status: Current, Not Current, Prospective member)
Keeping the membership database up to date and using it effectively is
quite a job but it pays off if you do so. It has helped us almost
double our membership over the last 12 months
